Bill was amazing. Quick, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. Pua was also amazing with communicating and scheduling. Someone was supposed to come fix our issue yesterday but was unable to show, Pua made sure to communicate that so we weren’t waiting all day. As a whole, very satisfied with this business. Thanks, guys!

This appeared to be a straight forward job. It was not. The disposal came off with great difficulty. The plumber worked diligently and finally installed the new unit. He cleaned up the entire work area. He tested his work thoroughly. Great worker, Great job.

A-1Budget Plumbing was excellent in helping us repair our sewage pipe. Antonette helped schedule the appointment and Nainoa who came out and fixed it promptly and efficiently. Both gave us GREAT customer service! We will definitely called them again!

Niki was awesome! He unclogged my main line and removed/reinstalled 2 toilets he also snaked another tub that was draining slowly. He did all of this in great time and he was very professional and left everything clean. I will definitely be recommending and using A1 again

Austin was an awesome plumber. He came to check out the leaky faucet in our bath and fixed it within the first 20 mins. Our bath now functions smoothly and sparkles!

Thank you so much Louis ! My home is messy and cluttered and Louis still was patient with me and my kids. He listened to what was wrong with the bathroom sink and checked it right away. He gave me tips for bottom of cabinet and how to take out drain to clean it. Thank you so much for coming early and being patient with all of us , We are so happy we have a new faucet. There is no more leak and we are so happy ! Thank you again Louis and A - 1 Budget Plumbing :)

I called A-1 Budget Plumbing this morning and Justin came this afternoon! He initially came to fix my leaking toilet tank, then I asked if he could check my basin faucet. He was so patient and such a super kind person. I got my toilet fixed and a brand new faucet too!!! He had all the parts he needed for the job in his van! Mahalo plenty Justin. I appreciate you! And to the woman I spoke with on the phone who fit me in today, big Mahalo. Happy New Year!!!

These guys are the best, I always call them for help with my house and they come out fast, they keep in touch, the plumbers are great and very knowledgeable and friendly. Today they helped replace a very corroded and rusted (falling apart) kitchen faucet with this nice new one. I know the guy had a hard time so I appreciate the good work. Thank you!
